In order to keep our records accurate and up to date a Sales Questionnaire may have been sent to you after a legal document was recorded. Keeping our records accurate helps us to make sure everyone is paying their fair share of taxes in our county.
If you haven't received this or would like a new copy, choose Residential (PDF) or Commercial (PDF), depending on the type of property you recently sold or purchased. This form can be mailed or emailed to our office upon completion.
