Improvement Exemptions for Residential and Commercial Structures
Contact the Equalization office for more information regarding this application process. Township properties can apply for this in the Equalization office. City properties need to apply with the City Auditor.
Wheel Chair Exemption
Disabled individuals confined to a wheel chair or the unremarried surviving spouse of a deceased permanently confined to a wheelchair are able to receive a reduction of the true and full value of their home. Contact the office for more information.
Blind Exemption
Residential properties are able to receive a reduction in value when owned by a blind person as long as the individual resides in the home. Contact us for more information.
