Building Permits

If you live within city limits of one of Traill County's communities, contact city hall or your city auditor for information about building permit applications and fees.

If you live outside the city limits, permits still are for all residential and  commercial properties. Permits are not needed for grain bins and farm building/sheds. See Building Permits for more information.
