NDRIN
A group of North Dakota counties have joined together to extend the application of the 1999 disaster-proofing FEMA grant and provide access to real estate records via the Internet. These records have previously been available only through books and microfilm in the Recorder's offices in the county courthouses. Traill County is a full member of NDRIN and began imaging its real estate records on March 1, 2008, beginning with Document Number 170021. Not all of Traill County's records are available via North Dakota Recorders Information Network (AKA NDRIN). We are working on getting the remaining records digitized. Corner Records are all on NDRIN. You can become a Member of NDRIN by registering.
GENEALOGY/RESEARCH: Please contact us ahead of time to make an appointment.
We do not do genealogy searches or research. We will retrieve the last recorded Deed or Mortgage of the requested legal. The public is welcome to come and search. We can show you how to search; or you can hire an abstract or title company to assist you.
Our records go back 26 years (1998).
