Yes, appointments are REQUIRED. We are not able to offer passport appointments on Wednesday mornings due to court. Our passport appointments are scheduled from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM.

Yes, we have both the initial passport and renewal passport applications. We ask that if you pick them up from our office, that you schedule a passport application appointment with us after the forms have been completed (without any errors/whiteout.) We need to be available to help other clients, therefore we are unable to have passport applicants fill out forms in the office. The forms are also available online.

Yes, it is required that both parents of the minor child are present with the minor att he time of the application. If there are unique circumstances and both parents cannot be present, please visit the U.S. Department of State website for more information.

The list of things that you need to bring with you can vary depending on the circumstances, for more information you can visit the U.S. Department of State website. Generally, you will need to bring a certified copy of your birth certificate or a form of citizenship, a valid driver's license or other identification card, passport photo, at least 1 check blank AND $35 in cash (per application), and potentially a second form of identification.

If your passport was issued less than 15 years ago (and you were over the age of 16), you would most likely do a renewal. Renewals are done on your own, but we offer application forms that you can pick up from the Clerk of Court office.
