Grand forks-traill JOINT WATER RESOURCE DISTRICT
The Grand Forks-Traill Joint Water Resource District meets semi-annually. The Board of Managers is comprised of five members who represent Grand Forks and Traill Counties. The managers also are called upon to settle disputes over drainage complaints by consulting experts in various fields.
