The Traill County Social Service Board consists of five members.  All Board Members are appointed to the Board by the Traill County Commission.  At a minimum, two Board Members must be a County Commissioner.  The other three members are members-at-large and represent the general population.  Each Board Member serves a three year term.  There is no limit on the number of terms a Board Member may serve.  The Board serves fiscal and advisory oversight to the Traill County Social Service Agency.

County Social Service Board meetings occur at a minimum of once per month.  The meetings are typically the last Thursday of every month beginning at 8:30 a.m.
